HOW IT GOT STARTED

So i used to be obese. Like 272 pds 5 foot 4 obese.  I do get alot of questions about that. No i didnt have surgery, no i didnt do a specific diet, although i tried a bunch for fun.  How it started was an episode of The Walking Dead.....
